At Keanes Jewellers, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for online orders. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit one of our boutiques with your order confirmation to notify us of your intent to return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original Keanes presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to ensure it arrives safely.

  Dispatch the Item

  Ship your package using a tracked and insured courier service to our Cork headquarters or drop it off in person at any of our store locations.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
